Seymour Pacific Head Office

Seymour Pacific Head Office was envisioned to serve as the company’s main headquarters for an extensive development company operating multiple offices across the country. The projects main requirement was to move away from the tradition private office and cubicle design and revitalize the office environment in an open collaborative aspect, taking advantage of the view corridors offered by its ideal location in the downtown corridor.

The office consists of four storeys with underground parkade, cafeteria, and common meeting rooms located on each floor. The open office concept allows for daylighting and ocean views on three sides from all areas within the office areas of building. The building has become an iconic development for the community, and has set the standard for new developments in the city.
