Job Description:

The successful candidate will be able to assist in all aspect of project development from design through to field reviews. They will be able to produce highly detailed construction drawings independently.

Qualifications & Skill Sets:

• Education from an accredited institution, architectural technology program.
• Minimum 10 years Canadian experience.
• Extensive knowledge of current BC Building Code.
• Good knowledge of local building bylaws.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Well organized and attention to detail.
